Remember the sighting of a Russian Cybertruck on the road in Moscow? The YouTubers behind that explain how they did it and you can watch the whole process in their video. They say that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. Elon Musk must be very happy as Russian YouTubers Пушка Гараж, or Pushka Garazh, took on this very exciting project: they decided to build their own knock-off Cybertruck.

Transforming a LADA
"We could not pass by the cool popular Elon Musk's project - "Cybertruck". We decided not to just repeat the project, but to make it in the style of "Pushka garage." We tried very hard and did everything, as always, from shit and sticks. What do you think about the result?" they wrote on their YouTube video which illustrates their journey to creating their own Cybertruck.
To achieve their lofty goal, the intrepid YouTubers took a Russian-made LADA hatchback and basically spray painted it into looking like a Cybertruck. Ok, so they did a bit more than that but the end result looks like a spray-painted vehicle.
In their 43-minute video, Pushka garage shows you the entire process of building the Cybertruck knock-off that was seen before in Moscow and we have to admit it is a lot of fun to watch, mostly because they clearly take the process of producing this awkward-looking car so seriously.
No side door
The YouTubers spent about $1,200 on their project but unfortunately failed to include a functioning side door. In order to get in and out of the car you have to go through the back.
In addition to being inconvenient, this architecture can also be very dangerous during an emergency like for instance a fire. This hasn't stopped the YouTubers from driving their knock-off on roads outside of Moscow giving people on social media a good laugh.
